Magda’s rebrand celebration in NYC welcomed founders and long-time clients to mark the transition from DCC Accounting to Magda, celebrating a fresh chapter and our commitment to supporting businesses at every stage of growth.
Last week, we gathered in New York City to celebrate a milestone years in the making: the rebrand of DCC Accounting into Magda, the debut of our beta app, and the closing of a chapter that laid the foundation of everything we are today.
For over a decade, Magda founder Vanessa Duran has dedicated her career to walking alongside founders as they grew from side hustles to multimillion-dollar businesses, from early ideas to investor-backed growth, and in some cases, to successful exits. Magda was born from that journey – the late-night spreadsheets , the pivots, the risks, and the brave decisions that quietly build legacies.
What made this evening especially meaningful was the room itself: many of the founders who shaped this story were present, the very clients we have grown with and who have grown with us. After years of virtual collaboration, some met in person for the very first time. Together, the space held years of trust, ambition, and shared vision that is now woven into a new chapter.
This celebration was about honoring the journey, the trust, and the shared commitment to building businesses with strategy and heart. And while the night marked a powerful milestone, it also signaled something bigger: a renewed dedication to giving founders tangible tools, practical insights, and real financial confidence from day one.
Below, a glimpse into our beautiful evening.
